Terms of Service

These terms apply to the WHB app and service (“WHB”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using WHB you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use WHB.

1. The service

WHB is a personals and community service for adults: you can create a profile, post personals, browse other members and chat. We may change, add or remove features at any time.

2. Who can use WHB

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher). One account per person. We may ask you to verify your age or identity, and we remove anyone who is under 18.

3. Community rules

You agree not to:

• harass, threaten, stalk, dox or abuse anyone, or send unwanted sexual messages or images;
• post anything illegal, or anything involving minors in any way;
• post pornographic or close-up genital images, send explicit images to someone who has not asked for them, or post images of anyone who has not agreed to be shown;
• impersonate anyone, use fake or AI-generated photos as yourself, or mislead people about who you are;
• scam, ask for money, gifts or payments, or advertise, sell or promote any product, service or paid content;
• share other people’s personal information;
• spam, manipulate votes or rankings, or operate more than one account;
• use bots, scrapers or other automated means, or try to get around our security or a ban.

Never send money to someone you met on WHB. Report anyone who asks.

4. Photos

Photos must be real photos of you (or, for couple profiles, of you and your partner, with their consent). Some members’ photos may be sensitive (for example, showing nudity). In the app these are blurred by default and only shown if you, as an adult, choose to turn them on in Settings. We remove photos that break these rules.

5. Safety tools and moderation

You can block members, report profiles, personals and messages, and choose who is allowed to message you. We review reports and may remove content, restrict features, or suspend or close accounts that break these terms, including any other accounts we reasonably believe are operated by the same person. We may use automated tools to detect spam and scams.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of what you post. You give us a licence to store and display it as needed to run WHB. You are responsible for your content and must have the right to post it.

7. Your account

Keep your password safe; you are responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time (see Delete your account).

8. Payments

WHB is free to use. If we offer optional paid supporter features in the future, their terms will be shown before you pay.

9. Disclaimer and liability

WHB is provided “as is”. We do not check every member or every message and are not responsible for what members say or do; meet people carefully and at your own risk. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to USD 100. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer or data-protection law.

10. Ending the agreement

You can stop using WHB at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or for legal or safety reasons. If your access is ended you may not create a new account.

11. General

If part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. These terms and our Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us. They are governed by the laws of the United States. Questions: [email protected].
